Northwest Airlines To Discontinue Three Nonstop Routes To Europe This Fall.

Northwest Airlines, which has major hubs in Minneapolis, Detroit and Memphis, will be discontinuing three nonstop routes this fall.

The three nonstop routes Northwest will be dropping are Detroit to Dusseldorf, Hartford to Amsterdam and Minneapolis to Paris.

In the case of the Minneapolis to Paris route, this is a temporary disruption of service. Northwest hopes to resume service in late March 2009.
